I’m a Dublin-born, London-based, workplace psychologist, geek, world traveller, Apple fanboy and infrequent runner.
I’m frequently found brandishing one or more Apple devices, lusting after coffee, dropping everything for a new episode of Star Trek, and boarding a plane to visit a new city.
My favourite place in the world? Tokyo, hands down. I’m obsessed with visiting Japan and have been there more than fourteen times in the last ten years. Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Kanazawa, Okinawa, Nagasaki… the list goes on. You can read about these adventures over on my travel blog.
